Hi, my name is Andrea Smith. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart. Together we have 4 boys ranging from the age of 14-25. My husband and I feel very blessed. I graduated from the University of West Florida in 1994 with my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I absolutely loved teaching, and after 7 years decided to go back to school to be a Principal. In 2004, I received my Master's Degree in Educational Management. Since then, I have been an administrator for the last 14 years, 10 of those as a Principal. In 2007, I opened a new school in Conroe ISD named Sue Park Broadway Elementary. This was my first experience as a Principal, and I feel so fortunate to have had this amazing experience! I then left to take a Principal's job in my hometown of Montgomery, Tx in 2012 at Madeley Ranch Elementary School in Montgomery ISD. I love serving as the Principal of Madeley Ranch where everyday I continue to build relationships with our students, staff, and community!
